NEXX Technologies is the composite materials business unit of MGCA. Our unique line of Enduredge Max prepreg materials includes a series of modified thermoset prepregs platforms that do not require refrigeration or a freezer. No longer needing refrigeration trucks for transit and freezers for storage results in immediate and substantial cost savings for customers.
Our unique prepreg architecture allows the ability to produce a wide range of laminate thicknesses by vacuum bag processing while providing autoclave quality parts. Our prepregs are also suitable for autoclave processing.
We have developed a portfolio of Modified Epoxy and Cyanate Ester resin systems for the most demanding applications and are also continuously adding products to the portfolio for the market as well as developing unique solutions for our customers and feature both glass and carbon fiber epoxy prepreg solutions
